Additional raffle ticket bonuses can be obtained by purchasing raffle tickets with Bonus Points instead of cash at the Cashier Station, eg. a purchase of $5 worth of raffle tickets off your Starlight Reward Card at the Cashier Station entitles you to $10 of raffle tickets when the docket is presented to ticket sellers.

How to earn reward points and prizes

Simply insert your membership card in the card reader at the top of the gaming machine while you play. Points will automatically be credited. Special promotions will operate from time to time where extra bonus points will be offered.

How to redeem your reward points

As your points accumulate you can redeem them for cash (minimum 500 points) or use your points to purchase food, beverages or showcase goods.

Present your membership card at the coin Cashier to redeem your points for CASH.

Swipe your membership card in the Reward Centre located in the foyer each time you visit the Club for a chance to win tickets in monthly promotions. You will also have the chance to win:

Earn meal points

While you play the pokies with your card inserted, you will also earn meal points.
You can use your meal points as follows:

• Sunday Lunch in Viva (1 meal point = $5)
• Monday 12-2pm  Lunch (1 meal point = $5)
• Starlight Tuesdays in the Clearwater Cafe after 5pm (1 meal point = $5)
  
• Thursday 5-8.30pm Dinner (1 meal point = $5)

Birthday Bonus

Members who visit the Club on their birthday can swipe their membership card through the Reward Centre located in the foyer and receive a birthday surprise.

Starlight Rewards program Terms and Conditions

Members must be 18 years of age or over.

Starlight Rewards card benefits may only be obtained by the member and proof of identification may be required.

Starlight Reward benefits are not valid in conjunction with some offers, banquet functions or special events.

Benefits may vary and are offered at the sole discretion of Caloundra RSL.

Starlight Reward membership cards must be produced prior to purchase at every transaction for members discounts.

Caloundra RSL cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to cashier’s cage immediately.

Caloundra RSL is bound by the Queensland Club Industry Privacy Policy Code and is committed to the privacy of your personal information.
